How do I make a return?

1. You can choose the needed pieces to be returned and submit the return request through your account from the "My Orders" page
2. Fill out the return form and clarify the order number, and your personal information to help the shipment company to contact you.
3. Prepare the product/s you want to return with the receipt after filling out the return form.
4. Don’t forget to select the products that you would like to return in the return form, along with the number of items to be returned and the reason for the return.
5. Once you have completed the above steps, you can hand over your return to the courier. The related costs regarding your return will be paid by LCW.

7. The customer receives a copy of the shipment return application to track it easier.
