How can I order without an account?
After adding the products that you want to buy to your shopping bag, you'll need to click on “Shopping bag” link and then click the “Complete the Order” button. Enter your email address in the field under "Continue as Guest" on the lower left corner of the screen. Click the “Continue” button after entering your delivery information and then fill out your payment details, click “Submit” and your order will be placed.
I placed my order but I want to add/remove products. What can I do?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order once it has been submitted. Instead, you can cancel your order and create a new order with the products that you want.
Can I change the size of a product in my order?
It is not possible to change specifics of an order once it has been submitted. Instead, you can cancel your order and create a new order with the sizes that you want.
Can I choose a new product to replace an item that was removed from my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose a new product to replace the item that was removed. Your item will be automatically removed if it is out of stock or no longer available, and you'll automatically be notified and refunded for this inconvenience.
